AI Visibility Hub
Pilot programme — onboarding first businesses

Be found, understood and accurately described wherever people ask AI.

AI Visibility Hub keeps one verified record of your business, publishes it in a form AI systems can actually read, and shows you how your business turns up across the answer engines your customers use.

We improve accuracy, structure and evidence — and measure what changes. We never promise rankings or guaranteed inclusion in any AI answer.

Where we are today: we are running a supervised pilot with a small number of businesses. We publish no customer counts, ratings or case studies until there is real evidence to show — the same standard we hold your business data to.

The problem

Good businesses are invisible to AI for boring reasons

It is rarely the service that is the problem. It is the data — inconsistent, incomplete, and unreadable to the systems now doing the recommending.

Your business data is scattered

Website, Google, Bing, Apple, directories and social profiles all say slightly different things. AI systems read all of them and have no way to tell which one is right.

Profiles are incomplete or stale

Hours, services, prices and policies drift out of date. The gaps are exactly the details a customer asks an assistant about before choosing.

Nobody measures the AI channel

You can see search rankings and ad spend. Almost nobody can answer a simpler question: when someone asks an AI assistant about businesses like yours, what comes back?

Discovery moved to answers

People increasingly ask for a recommendation instead of scanning ten blue links. If your information is not machine-readable, you are easy to leave out of the answer.

How it works

Six steps, then it keeps running without you

Set-up is guided and one-off. After that the scans, monitoring runs, scoring and reports are scheduled — the platform does the repeat work.

  1. 1

    Register and verify

Create your organisation and prove the business is really yours, with evidence a reviewer checks.

  2. 2

    File your business details

One guided wizard captures locations, hours, services, policies and the fields specific to your industry.

  3. 3

    Validate and score

We crawl your whole site — not one page — and score how readable it is to AI systems, check by check.

  4. 4

    Publish and distribute

Your verified record becomes a structured public profile, and guided workflows keep listings consistent.

  5. 5

    Monitor answer engines

Controlled prompts run on a schedule so you can see when and how your business shows up in AI answers.

  6. 6

    Improve continuously

Findings land on one suggestion board, prioritised, so the next fix is always obvious.

Answer engines

Coverage we can stand behind

Ten engines are on our roadmap. Three are monitored in the pilot today. We label the difference plainly rather than selling coverage we cannot deliver yet.

Enterprise

Every engine we can verifiably reach, added as it clears review.

Start with your own website

Enter your domain and we will run the quick readiness check — the same checks as the full site scan, on a smaller sample.

No account needed for the quick check. Results are indicative, not a guarantee of how any AI system will describe you.

Plans

Priced after the pilot, not before

We are still measuring what each plan genuinely costs to run, so we are not publishing numbers we would have to change. Talk to us and we will be straight about what your case needs.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up

Can you guarantee my business appears in ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews?

No — and be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. AI providers control their own retrieval and ranking, and they change it often. What we can do is make your information accurate, structured, verified and machine-readable, then measure how you appear over time so you can see what is actually working.

Which answer engines do you monitor?

Our pilot monitors ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, because those have a monitoring approach we can run properly today. The other engines on our list are in feasibility review; each one is added only once we have a compliant, reliable way to observe it. We would rather cover three engines honestly than claim ten.

How is this different from SEO?

SEO optimises for a page ranking in a results list. This is about your business being described correctly as an entity — one verified record, published in a structured form, kept consistent across the places machines read, and measured in the answers themselves. The two work together; neither replaces the other.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your website address, your business details, and evidence that the business is yours so it can be verified. Connecting listing accounts such as Google, Bing or Apple is optional and always uses their official consent flow — we never ask for or store your passwords to other services.

Who can see my data?

Your organisation's data stays inside your organisation. You choose what appears on your public profile; evidence documents and internal findings are not published. Team access is controlled by role, and platform staff actions on your account are logged and notified to you.
